Age: Appears around 25.  Actual age 18.

Defining Characteristics: Hair is completely shaved, save for back of head tied tight in a tail.  Right arm is, from fingers to elbow, covered in metal plate.  Often gears can be heard moving when this hand moves.  Bone spikes coming from the head, shoulders, elbow, knees.  Seems to favor his left hand, a common trait for the Sith race.
Description: Crimson skin stood out nearly as much as the odd skin tendrils that hung down from his cheekbones, framing humanoid lips hiding pointed teeth.  Gold yellow eyes were free of obstruction, as his head was clean shaven save for the back of his head, where it was tied into a shoulder-length tail.  Hands barely stuck out from the cloak, sporting three claw-like fingers, the right one encased in metal and made subtle mechanical sounds when it moved.  Black trousers covered down to bare tridactyl feet.

Bio: Created on Ziost, Wokun was named for imperfection, labeled forever for a mistake someone else made. During his very short childhood, one of his first lessons was that what he had was flawed, and not everyone's right hand looked like that.  "One Only" they called him, Wo Kun.  Tossed into the Engineer Caste as his shriveled hand was not good enough for the warrior caste.  

This would not be tolerated.  He was not going to let nature make that choice for him.  What combat training he was given was thrilling and enjoyable, but basics got boring fast and handicap kept him from progressing past it.  So he turned to what he could control.  Metal.  Gears.  Wires.  It took him a few years to design and build his prototype. The thud of the cleaver was as freeing as it was painful.  And the look of his teacher's face was equally priceless seeing a fully working mechanical hand under the concealing cloak as he was seeing his own blood.  Wokun changed his fate with one swipe, passing on his struggle of one-handedness to his suppressing teacher.  He was no longer held back in the basics class.

This put Wokun in an interesting position.  His training in mechanics and technology was valuable, and supplemented his combat training in versatile ways.  The Dark Side was powerful.  Technology was precise.  Combined they were deadly.  Deadly enough that The Emperor Draigoch's agents stopped by to take a look at the cybernetics.  No word was spoken.  No promises, no verbal praise or anything.  Just a few minutes to see progress, a nod, and departure.  But to be visited by the Emporer's hands for his work was enough, driving him on to make further improvements.  Except for his ex-teacher's cybernetic replacement hand.  That he left the little glitch to give out now and then where it was.  It was there to teach.  Or just remind.  Ether worked.

Wokun was given freedom to tinker however he pleased, using this to design some shared and some personal weapons as well as upgrade his arm, as long as he got his tech work and fighter training done.  Any piece of technology that was brought in from off-world was a major interest to him, tinkering with and experimenting to see what he could turn it into.  There was a few missions he was selected for.  Mostly lower ones, but it was a chance to further prove his skill and loyalty to the emperor.  

He woke up one day with a summons to the war office, a mission he was being assigned to.  A protection mission for an important person to their cause.  Too many dark force users in one area often leads to rolling heads and power struggles.  He needed to keep his Matron alive.

Benchmarks:

Fighting Style: Proficient in single saber and LightKatars.  He keeps several gadgets on hand to assist with his fights.  
Agility: Not a pure fighter, he needed to keep agile to avoid some of the stronger fighters from overpowering him.  Much faster than he is strong, but his technique offers him strength through body mechanics.
Strength: His strength was not purely in muscle, but his weapons.  Using katars, his whole arm is behind the blade instead of finger strength.  This gives him a rather fast style that is quickly backed up by deceptive strength.
Endurance: Wokun is in shape, but half of his time is spent sitting and tinkering.  While this tech advantage gives him some variability, in a full on fight he is likely going to tire before a fighter who focuses everything into combat.

Class: Saber Specialist

Saber(s): Light Foil:  A Well decorated one handed saber handle designed with a cast head modeling a Nek (fearless cyborg dog) as the mouth of the saber, with a bar hand guard.  This saber is modified by Sith Alchemy to withstand lightsaber strikes.
             Light Katar:  A gauntlet for the left arm, straps down tight.  Saber built in to come out two feet from the fist.  This gauntlet is modified with Sith Alchemy to withstand lightsaber strikes
             Embedded Saber: In the forearm of his cybernetic arm resides a lightsaber.  It is set up like the gauntlet he uses.  Ether it pops up from the top and extends in an exact match to his gauntlet Light Katar, or if the hand is not in the way (explanation below) the blade can come right out of the wrist.  
             

Crystal Color: Red.  Red.  And more Red.  For now.  Looking to modify crystals with Sith Alchemy for unique crystals.


Other weapons: Sith Alchemy Poison:  The primary poison he uses is a specific design aimed at cutting off the victim from the force.  This is his bread and butter poison, hindering force sensitive opponents.  His other one is one he is very careful about using.  Rage poison.  He only has a couple to use at a time.  This is a very dangerous OOC as force users who are hit by this poison are practically forced into the dark side as rage and anger take over.  But for non-force users, this is a nifty group berserk AOE that could start some interesting NPC in-fighting.

Hand: His mechanical hand, (and gauntlet), provides his normal claws with razor-sharp edges for slicing flesh.  The mechanical hand, though, is outfitted with a few extra bits.  A needle resides in the palm that is, unless otherwise prepared, ready with a Force Dampening poison.  The hand's mechanisms are all internal with an on board battery and remote receiver.  This lets him detach the hand and control it away from his body.  The hand armor is modified with Sith Alchemy to resist lightsabers.

Wrist tether: A spool of high weight-bearing wire  is wound within the arm, attached to a small winch, with the other end attached to the wrist of the detachable hand.  The hand can be detached with the wire or without, granting him extra reach in a built-in grappling hook and tether wire.

Needle grenade:  This grenade is not for concussive or deadly damage.  It is packed with poisoned needles for getting a large number of targets.  He carries 3 that are Force Dampening poison, and 1 that is Rage poison.

Gas grenade: For opponents that wear armor that will stop needles but happen to not have breathing devices, this is a large area gas grenade to spread poison.  This is much more dangerous, as it can spread to a place Wokun does not want it to go.  He only has 1 at a time that has rage poison, as most who would use the force do not wear heavy armor.

REST: REmote Security Turret.  Taking a blaster and dismantling all the unnecessary extra bits for hands, the main component is set up on a simple targeting AI and a mechanical rotating hinge.  If it detects movement, it alerts Wokun and asks for permission to shoot.  If granted, it immediately opens fire.  As this is a simple AI that is not connected to the force, this may throw off some force users as there is no negative emotion in the AI, just neutral program.  Each one has a secondary program if picked up.  If Wokun signals that it is unauthorized, the REST will overload the blaster power cell and explode.  These turrets are small and quiet, allowing several to be set up and monitored.  Normally he carries 3, but special missions he can bring up to 10 for area recon.  

Thermal Detonator:  No matter how much you tinker, sometimes things are great just the way they are.  Like Thermal Detonators.  They be perfect.  He carries 2.

EMP stick:  Cause droids suck.  Basically an EMP grenade.  Its rarely needed, and it goofs up his stuff too.  So he only carries 1.

Possessions: Mechanical Arm:  This houses the embedded lightsaber and other devices that he uses with his gadgets.  It is also a useful defensive piece.  So of course, the metal plates are modified with Sith Alchemy to resist being cut by lightsabers.

Information Headset:  When he needs to access the data from his devices a plug from this visor hooks up to the arm.  This is data only and does not send commands.  This has access to his REST and SMKED cameras, tracking devices and ring camera.  This is mostly for mobile access when he needs his hands.  Like if he is climbing, running, or fighting.

Ring camera: This is a simple ring with an optic camera set into it.  This fits on the mechanical hand, as the hand itself does not have enough room for a camera.

Tracking device:  He carries several small tracking disks that can be tucked into cloths or stuck to surfaces.  

Backup controller:  His main device controller is actually in the mechanical arm.  But sometimes things happen.  So a special controller is kept just in case.  It is designed to never be turned on except for a special key that only he knows.

SMKED:Small Motion and Kinetic Exploding Devices:  Much cheaper and smaller than the RESTs, he can carry larger numbers.  They detect motion and turn on a tiny camera, alerting Wokun of the alert.  These also have a power cell that, with permission, will explode if tampered or taken.  He normally carries 5, but on special missions can carry up to 20 due to their small size.

Map maker:  A small scanner that reads the surrounding area while traveling.  This draws a basic map of the terrain that he walks through while it is active.  This is connected with the RESTs and the SMKED to give accurate locations of the triggered alarms.  These show up on the Visor, backup controller, or computer access tablet.

LightDagger:  This isn't really a weapon.  It works much like a lightsaber, but is used as a welder/cutter for getting through small plate covers or hinges to access electronics.  

Computer Access.  Plugs into computer systems for hacking, information gathering, or controlling low security systems.  Can be spliced in.

Special Abilities: Force-Sustained.  Sith Purebloods have a symbiotic relationship with the Force, able to gain nourishment from the Dark Side, whine in turn increasing its strength.  Eating can still be an enjoyable activity, but it is not needed.

Lightsaber Form(s): As his skills have been more towards calculation and technology, his need for highly acrobatic skills has been less required.  He tends to focus on Makashi for one on one.  If faced with more than one, will often move to Soresu for short periods until he can think of a way to use his other skills to get out of the situation.

3 things:

- I feel like I do not have enough accessories now.

- Exotic weapons do not require a power slot, or Renatus did not tell me they do.

- I am personally a bit iffy about so much lightsaber resistant material, but if Renatus or Eleza give the go ahead, we're good. Especially since he does know Sith Alchemy.

Other than that, looks fun / like a thorn in the side. Razz

Haha. If I need to cut out something, he would probably cut out the cable. Its not something he will use as often.

Check under Lightsaber Rules. Exotic has a *, which below states it is taken in place of a power choice. And besides, even if it was not needed I would probably leave it blank anyway for balance. I of course have to complicate things, and took a physical class but made them a tinkerer. Thus the power choices I made. They are for the most part nothing to do with physical, but things that can be versatile in his field. And of course, thus Force Rage, so when he DOES need that strength and speed boost, he can tap into that when in dire need. Besides, what Sith would be a Sith without Force Rage? xD

So let me know if I need to reduce the proofing. Though if anyone else wants to go to him to mod their stuff, there will be a price ^-^.

That's okay. We have very talented specialists all over. You aren't the only one dabbling in cybernetics. Bio engineering, however...
